Exchange Policy

At Al Raiqah Accessories, we believe in customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible exchange policy to make your shopping experience stress-free.

1. Eligible for Exchange

You may return or exchange an item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition (including packaging and tags).
  • The item is defective or damaged due to our manufacturing or delivery.
  • You have made a wrong size or color selection (subject to our size chart).
  • You are not satisfied with the product within  48 hours of delivery (excluding custom or personalized items).

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Custom-made products
  • Final sale items (as per our Terms)
  • Intimate or hygiene items (if applicable)

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at alraiqahaccessories@gmail.com or call +92 3172026450 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you on how to return the item.
  4. You will receive a return label (free of cost within Pakistan).

4. Return Shipping

  • Within Pakistan: Free return shipping for all eligible items.

5. Exchange Timeline

  • We will process your exchange within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item in original condition.
  • The new/exchanged item will be shipped to you free of cost (within Pakistan).

6. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
  • All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
