• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 1,000 within Pakistan.
• Shipping charge of PKR 250 applies on orders below PKR 1,000.
• All orders are dispatched on the same day (if placed before 09:00 PM).
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders.
• Delivery notification will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and phone call from the delivery boy after delivery.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 48-hours return/exchange window for unused items in original condition. Please refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy for details.

7. Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment information is processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
