The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Custom-made products
• Final sale items (as per our Terms & Conditions)
• Intimate or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

• Within Pakistan: Free return shipping for all eligible items.

• We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item in original condition.
• The refund will be issued back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet).

6. Exceptions

• We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
