At Al Raiqah Accessories, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all customers.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 1,000 within Pakistan.
• Flat Shipping Charge of PKR 250 on all orders below PKR 1,000 within Pakistan.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Pakistan to:

• All major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Multan, etc.)
• AJK (Azad Jammu & Kashmir)
• Gilgit-Baltistan

International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeline

• Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days (within Pakistan)
• Express Shipping — 2–3 business days (within Pakistan, extra charges may apply)

We use reliable couriers including TCS, Leopard, PostEx and DHL for safe delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

• All orders are dispatched on the same day (if placed before 09:00 PM).
• Orders placed after 09:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Option

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. You can pay at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required.

6. Delivery Notification

You will receive:

• WhatsApp message on delivery
• SMS notification
• Phone call from the delivery boy after delivery

7. Shipping Address & Returns

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses.
• You can change or update your shipping address before we ship your order.
